^ if different from burn location address
Please provide the name, phone number and email address for the person in charge of burning if different from the applicant.
I understand that a permit must be obtained from the Fire District prior to conducting any permit-required open burning.
Details and general information for open burning, including the types of open burning requiring a permit, can be found on our Outdoor Burning and Fire Restrictions page (linked here), and our Permit-Required Open Burning page (linked here).
I also acknowledge that I have read, understand, and will abide by the Standard Requirements for Open Burning document (linked here).
Once a permit has been obtained from the Fire District, on the day you wish to burn, you must receive authorization prior to burning by contacting the Fire Prevention Division at (720) 887-8217 or (303) 252-3542.
All open burning is subject to daily fire weather conditions and restrictions as determined by North Metro Fire. Open burning is permitted only during daylight hours.
By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
