Strategic Plan

North Metro Fire Rescue District’s strategic plan establishes a balance between existing projects of the District while challenging the organization to grow and be a leader in customer service and emergency response. The result is a dynamic plan that will be reviewed and updated annually to reflect our ever changing environment.

The fire district went through a strategic planning process in 2019, prior to COVID, and worked off the 201-2023 plan before updating and extending it to its current version in 2023 with additional data and objectives. The 2019-2025 Strategic Plan was adopted by the fire district's board of directors in 2023.
