Inspections

The North Metro Fire Prevention Division works to ensure all buildings in our community meet locally adopted fire codes and hazardous material regulations. Inspections are conducted during the construction, remodeling, and operational stages of all commercial and public buildings.

Requests for all inspections and acceptance testing of fire protection systems must be made and confirmed with the Fire Prevention Division at least two-business days in advance. Re-inspection fees may apply for any failed inspection that requires an inspector to return to a site for further testing or inspection.
