Robert Kammerzell - President
Robert is a Colorado native and has resided in Northglenn for over 22 years.  He served for four years in the United States Coast Guard before beginning his firefighting career which spanned over 29 years. While in the fire service, he served as a firefighter, paramedic, Lieutenant and retired as a Captain. Currently Robert works for the City of Northglenn’s Water Department.

Dennis Day - Treasurer
Dennis Day was born and raised in Englewood, Colorado and is currently a Broomfield resident. He served in the Army for three years prior to beginning his firefighting career with North Metro Fire Rescue District (formerly known as West Adams County Fire Protection District). Dennis retired as the Fire District’s Deputy Chief in January 2007. Dennis has raised three sons and two daughters with his wife Barbara. Dennis has served on the North Metro District Board since May 2008.

Randall Sullivan - Secretary
Randall Sullivan has been a Broomfield resident for 9 years.  With his experience as a public safety professional in both the fire service and with business enterprises, Randall founded the Emergency Responder Discount Association, Inc.  His fire service career spans 15 years as a Nuclear Fire fighter, Fire Medic, EMS Officer and Captain.  During hurricanes Katrina and Rita, he served in Washington, D.C. as a transportation specialist for FEMA. Randall has served on the North Metro District Board since May 2006.

James Frazier - Assistant Secretary
James Frazier is a Northglenn resident that has worked with the Northglenn community for 22 years. He came to Colorado while in the Army and spent 40 years in retail with Sears. He remodeled and opened new stores as a Visual Merchandise Manager.  Now retired, James has served on CAB, the Senior Commission, and the Foundation Board for District I and District 12. James has raised four children with his wife Patsi. James has served on the North Metro District Board since May 2006.

Richard Perse, II – Assistant Secretary
Richard is a Colorado native and Broomfield resident. He served with West Metro Fire Dept. (Bancroft Fire) in the mid-1980's as a Fire/Paramedic. In 1989, he formed HeartSmart, Inc. to provide businesses, schools, and individuals with emergency training. He has been an AED implementation specialist for Philips Medical since 1997 and consulted with many municipalities (Boulder, Loveland, Commerce City, Larimer County and others) to develop their Public Access Defibrillation programs. Richard served a previous Board elected term from 2002-2006. He has now been serving a second term since May 2008.
